Regulations regarding loans entered into between a consumer and a financial institution are included in the provisions of Polish law in the Act of May 12, 2011 on consumer credit (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2018, item 993, as amended). A loan agreement is one type of consumer credit agreement. The Consumer Credit Act regulates the rules for concluding credit agreements within the meaning of banking law and loan agreements.

A reverse consumer leasing agreement is a separate and independent agreement and the provisions of the Act of May 12, 2011 on consumer credit do not apply to it.

The minimum APR for loans offered by Bocian Pożyczki is 76.25%, and the maximum APR is 86.70%.

The minimum contract period is 35 weeks, and the maximum contract period is 44 weeks.
